The CXAS4258 is a dual-channel single-pole double-throw (SPDT) CMOS analog switch suitable for voice switching, mobile devices, etc. The CXAS4258 can work under a power supply of 1.8V-5.5V, with a working bandwidth of 300MHz and a minimum on-resistance of 4.5 Ω. CXAS4258 can transmit negative levels within a certain range. The on-resistance mismatch between the two switches of its single circuit is less than 0.3 Ω *, and the on-resistance mismatch between the two switches is less than 0.5 Ω. In the entire conduction range, the internal resistance does not change more than 2.3 Ω *. (*: The above parameters are measured when VDD = 5.0V)
