MOSFET that caan operate oover an inpput voltage rangee of 0.8V to 5.5V annd support maximum
continnuous curren up to 6A. The switch is controlled by an on/off nput (EN), which is capable of
interfaacing directlyy with low-vooltage control signals.Additional featurees include a 330Ω on-chip load
resisttor is added for output quick dischaarge when switchh is turned off.
