CXMD32123 is a single-channel H-bridge driver chip for DC motor solutions. The H-bridge driver section of the CXMD32123 uses PMOS and NMOS power transistors with low on-resistance. The low on-resistance ensures low power loss of the chip, which makes the chip work safely for a longer time. In addition, the CXMD32123 has low standby current and low quiescent operating current. These properties enable CXMD32123 ease of use in toy solutions. The CXMD32123 contains an over-temperature shutdown protection. When the load motor is low impedance, or the output terminal is short-circuited, the output current of the enabling CXMD32123 rises sharply, and the internal temperature also rises sharply. When the chip temperature exceeds the maximum temperature threshold (typically 150°C), the CXMD32123 shuts down all outputs to prevent potential safety hazards. Only when it is confirmed that the chip returns to a safe operating temperature, the built-in temperature hysteresis current will re-control the drive circuit
