Cxlb73126 is a charge management IC with constant voltage / constant current charging mode suitable for single lithium battery. The chip adopts a switch mode, which can provide a fast, efficient and simple charging management solution for a single lithium battery. Cxlb73126 adopts three-stage charging management. When the battery voltage is lower than 2.9v (typ), the trickle mode is used for charging, and the charging current is 1 / 5 of the full charging current; when the battery voltage is higher than 2.9v (typ), the full current is used for charging, and the charging current is set by the external sense resistance; when the battery is close to the floating charging voltage, the constant voltage is used for charging, and the charging current is gradually set Reduce; when the charging current is reduced to 1 / 5 (typ) current, the charging is completed; if the battery voltage is reduced to 4.05v (typ), cxlb73126 will restart the charging again; when the input power is removed, the chip will automatically enter the sleep mode, and the leakage current of the battery will be reduced to 2ua (typ); cxlb73126 is designed with battery temperature detection and protection functions, The battery temperature can be detected by external thermistor.
