The cxlb73100 is a complete single lithium-ion battery charger, with reverse connection protection of positive and negative electrodes of the battery, with greater 600mA charging current and more stable current consistency. It adopts constant current / constant voltage linear control, sot package and less number of external components, making the cxlb73100 an ideal choice for portable applications. The cxlb73100 can work with USB power and adapter power. Due to the internal PMOSFET architecture and anti reverse charging circuit, external detection resistor and isolation diode are not needed. Thermal feedback can automatically adjust the charging current for high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions
The temperature of the chip is limited. The full voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charging current can be set externally through a resistor. When the battery reaches 4.2V, the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the setting value, and the cxlb73100 will automatically terminate charging.

   CXLB73100是一款完整的单节锂离子电池充电器,带电池正负极反接保护反接,具有pWy嘉泰姆

更大600mA 的充电电流,更稳定的电流一致性。其采用恒定电流/恒定电压线性控制,pWy嘉泰姆

SOT封装与较少的外部元件数目使得CXLB73100成为便携式应用的理想选择。CXLB73100可以适pWy嘉泰姆

合USB电源和适配器电源工作。pWy嘉泰姆

   由于采用了内部PMOSFET架构,加上防倒充电路,所以不需要外部检测电阻器和pWy嘉泰姆

隔离二极管。热反馈可对充电电流进行自动调节,以便在大功率操作或高环境温度条件pWy嘉泰姆

下对芯片温度加以限制。充满电压固定于4.2V,而充电电流可通过一个电阻器进行外部pWy嘉泰姆

设置。当电池达到4.2V之后,充电电流降至设定值1/10, CXLB73100将自动终止充电。pWy嘉泰姆

   当输入电压(交流适配器或USB 电源)被拿掉时,CXLB73100自动进入一个低电流状pWy嘉泰姆

态,电池漏电流在2uA 以下。CXLB73100的其他特点包括充电电流监控器、欠压闭锁、自pWy嘉泰姆
