CXLB7304 is a switching Li-Ion battery charger with dynamic power-path control and input current limiting. When a battery is connected, depending on the battery voltage, the DC-DC switching regulator either pre-conditions, fast-charges the battery or just regulates a system voltage (VSYS) to a preset voltage. It does not require an external sense resistor for current sensing. The fastcharging current is determined by programming ISET1 or ISET2 pin, depending on the state of the USB_DET. If USB_DET is high, indicating n valid USB input is present, the fast charge current is set by ISET2; otherwise, it is set by ISET1. When the battery voltage reaches the termination voltage i.e. 4.35V, the charging path disconnects SYS to BATT. The CXLB7304 also includes a dynamic power path when the SYS load current exceeds current limitof the DCDC regulator internally set, the SYS voltage falls below VBATT, CXLB7304 turns on the power-path to supplement the system load through the battery

一.产品概述Jui嘉泰姆


     CXLB7304是一款充电电流达2.5A的单节锂电开关型充电。其集成了动态路径管理功能,内部路径的开关内阻仅50mohm,允许系统在没有电池的情况下,仍然可以在适配器存在是维持系统正常工作。CXLB7304有特有的2级充电设定可通过引脚的0,1来设定,且电流设定无需昂贵的精密电阻。CXLB7304还具有输入电流自动检测维持输入电压的功能,保证输入供电不足时,不把输入接口拉死。其他锂电池充电所必须的功能,CXLB7304也一应俱全,如电池温度异常关断,充电超时关断,过流,过热保护等。CXLB7304采用QFN3x-16封装,是迄今性价比最高,外围最简洁的开关型锂电充电IC。Jui嘉泰姆
